A: 1) Page through the images using your keyboard's arrow keys, don't try to mouse click those teensy arrows above the images. 2) Hover your cursor over the large image on the right half of this webpage, you'll see a menu popup. In the list of "View Size," choose "Original." After the image finishes loading, Windows users right-click the image and choose "Save file as..." to save to your hard drive. Mac users' machines are so intuitive that I don't have to tell you how to download images (I don't use Mac's -- I have no clue how to download an image :^p).
